Dub, bubble and Ride (Kent James’s first event) took place at Grendon lakes a couple of weeks back.
This was the first in what Kent hopes to be a series of event’s to promote Wakeboarding and what Wakeboarding is about in the UK.
Before the event Kent set out with the view that;
“In the past wakeboard events showcase the rider’s talent to the masses. This gives the spectators a idea of what its like but not the feeling. {Dub, Bubble and Ride would be) an opportunity for joe bloggs to experience wakeboarding in a relaxing and fun environment.”
The event although low key went off under the rays from the sun and the heat of the campfire. Music from Decyfer and Jack Roe filled the subs at the night-time event, with new rider’s experiencing time on the water to the tunes of Dan Jordan in the day.
